QUEMASANTOS - 12 Balas

New York band QUEMASANTOS have launched the music video for track ‘12 Balas’ that comes included on their latest album, self-titled.

Frontman Rob Diaz have commented:

‘This was a production that touches current social themes such as addiction, religion, technology and pollution; with an abroad vision with drops of Sci-fi. Everything framed in a sonic metal ambiance that is direct and raw at times’.

The video was created by Promusicvideo. The self-titled album Quemasantos was recorded between 2015-2022. It was mixed and mastered by Ignacio Orellana at Oily Sound Studios in NYC. The album contains 9 tracks including 2015’s version of ‘Somos Legion’ mixed and mastered by Ignacio Figueroa in Viña del Mar, Chile.

PIROSAINT - Faster Than Before (Lyric video)

New York thrashers PIROSAINT have released a new video, Faster than before, via youtube video. The track come off their latest album ' Know Thyself' released in North America via Digmetalworld and distributed worldwide via MVD Entertainment Group.

'Faster than before', talks about how we live our lives looking for the ideal life neglecting how it has crazy had become on our daily lives. The way we see ourselves and our priorities against how we don't see in front of our eyes, the global ones.

The video was created and edited by Promusicvideo.com once again, and it can be found on all the video platforms of our social network.

Know Thyself was recorded between 2013-2016 and 2020-2021 at Oily Sounds Studios NYC by Ignacio Orellana and is made up of new compositions, previously unreleased tracks and a special bonus for fans following PIROSAINT since their beginnings in 1989.

Many things happen at the same time when you are recording a music video and of course when you are a musician and you are playing to a recorded track.

Taking in count that you know the song and the music is playing loud enough for you to hear it while all the cameras are rolling and capturing your convincing performance, everything should go accordantly.

In this case,

For this video, I used a drum set from a friend with way less accessories that i usually i am used to use to perform these tracks so it was a 'to swim or to sink' situation.

Couple of times one of the cameras didn’t recorded and i realized about it after i got home and most importantly of all… I hadn’t played these song in about three years.

So, i would say that after all of that it came out pretty decent.

I know that some people didn't like our video and our point of view so they didn't supported it but i also know that some other people loved it and they told me directly and of course supported us by sharing it to their friends.

For us the video was a way to express visually what we feel about everyday and metal music should be just that; a way that allow us to express it and scream it to the world what is going on but of course it is not 1980's and todays days everyone get hurt and offended...

so it is what it is.

PIROSAINT - Bleed

New York band Pirosaint have released the music video for the track 'Bleed' that comes off their latest album 'Know Thyself', released via Digmetalworld and distributed by MVD Entertainment in North America and Europe.

The video showcase images of the band performing the track ‘Bleed’, along with images of most of the worldwide political leaders including Chilean presidents and more that have used their position to gain power and wealth over their countries population.

The band have commented:

"This is a music video it is about Politics. It is not about Politicians.

But we had to put a face to what their party represents.

The song talks about how we as the normal average people feel about politics and how we would react to their constant abuses if there was that so called justice.

We don't discriminate. We hate all of them equality".

Pirosaint release new album after 10 years.

Today, New York band Pirosaint have released its new full length album called 'Know Thyself' via Digmetalworld. To celebrate the release the band have debuted a new track in form of lyric video on its YouTube page.

The album was recorded between 2013-2016 and 2020-2021 at Oily Sounds Studios NYC by Ignacio Orellana. The vocal tracks were recorded by Eduardo Vidal and Andrés Valdivieso in Santiago, Chile. All the guitar solos were recoded at Oily Sounds Studios by Ignacio Orellana, Angel Thorne Music CO LLC by Rob Thorne in Bethel, CT, except ‘Everyday’s War’, recorded by Regisson Silva in Sao Paulo, Brazil at his home studio.

‘Know Thyself’ will be digitally release on Friday Aug 20th, 2021 on the band’s Bandcamp page and Digmetalworld’s first. Then, on Sep 01st on all the streaming platforms and the physical copies of the album will be distributed by MVD in North America and Europe.

Nothing really complicated in fact the whole opposite. I’d like to think that this was done in the line of Ian Hill of Judas Priest because when i wrote this song that was the idea… Judas Rising.
